The Netherlands combines a strong religious history with a highly secular modern culture. GEM partners with local churches and ministries to share the Gospel, strengthen believers, and support ministry leaders. Current efforts include citywide evangelism initiatives, theological education, Community Bible Studies, and church support ministries.

Based in and around Alkmaar, ministry opportunities focus on helping people encounter Christ, equipping church leaders, and fostering cooperation among churches and ministries. Through long-term relationships and faithful presence, GEM workers are helping bring the hope of the Gospel to communities across the Netherlands.

Opportunities to Serve

Evangelism & Church Planting

Help reach secular communities through personal evangelism, church planting initiatives, outreach events, and partnerships with local churches seeking to engage their neighborhoods with the Gospel.

Theological Education & Leadership Development

Serve alongside seminary leaders and ministry trainers by supporting theological education, mentoring emerging leaders, and equipping believers for effective ministry and discipleship.

Community Bible Studies & Care Ministries

Assist with Community Bible Studies, counseling ministries, church support, and inter-church partnerships that help strengthen believers and create opportunities for spiritual conversations.
