Religious tolerance is valued, yet the evangelical church remains extremely small and often little known. While many Kosovars are relational and welcoming, spiritual understanding can be limited. Gospel witness often grows through trust, practical service, youth ministry, and long-term presence in local communities.

Kosovo is a relational and welcoming nation where GEM workers serve through local churches, youth ministries, mercy outreach, ESL, Roma ministry, elder home ministry, and seasonal youth camps. Ministries also include Kids Bible clubs, Sunday school, worship leadership, worship and prayer nights, and Business as Mission.

Through practical service, discipleship, and community engagement, GEM is helping strengthen local believers, reach young people, and build bridges for Gospel conversations in a country where the evangelical church remains small but meaningful opportunities continue to grow.

Opportunities to Serve

Youth & Children’s Ministry

Serve through Kids Bible clubs, Sunday school, youth groups, and outreach in places like Peja where a full-time ministry presence is needed.

Camp Ministry

Help develop and lead summer and winter youth camps, including future camp planning and management as facilities are completed.

Business & Digital Ministry

Use Business as Mission, event planning, worship ministry, social media storytelling, and creative communication to build relationships and share hope.
