Jubilate Foundation in Romania and Europe
Jubilate is a music ministry based in Romania that was founded in 2001 with the purpose of strengthening, equipping, and educating churches, families, pastors, music leaders, church leaders, teenagers, and children in understanding the significance of biblical worship and how they can use their gifts in serving their local churches. Our mission goes beyond the borders of Romania, as we help Romanian churches in Romania and abroad by organising conferences, seminars, concerts, choral workshops, and courses all over Europe. These programs consistently train hundreds of worship leaders and musicians annually.
Sing to the LORD a new song
The Jubilate Foundation is actively involved in discipling musicians as well as publishing materials for churches, choirs, children, and anyone else interested in music and biblical worship. One of our passions is to see the church united in congregational singing. This is why we continually publish songs that are accessible for the whole congregation to be sung. In this regard, Jubilate equips, educates, and encourages Romanian songwriters to compose theologically biblically based songs. Annually, we organise courses specifically designed to equip churches with artistically fresh songs for each generation. Additionally, we translate songs from various languages to enable Romanian churches to sing them.
Children and youth ministry
We also focus on helping children memorise scripture. To achieve this, Jubilate published two volumes of songs, word-for-word from the Bible. We are also involved in discipling teenagers by organising evangelistic music camps. We have witnessed many of them opening their hearts to God’s word and becoming His disciples during these events. We pray that God will continue to redeem many more through these projects.
Providing resources for the local church
Since 2001, Jubilate Foundation has published over 40 titles, including two hymn collections, choral collections for adult, youth, and children’s choirs, two books on biblical worship, audio and video recordings with songs for adults and children, manuals for learning music theory and recorder, and a diverse range of other resources.

Elisei & Naomi Stefanescu - Our Story
Elisei and Naomi Stefanescu are currently serving with Jubilate Foundation in Romania. Elisei is originally from Romania and has lived in England for about eight years. During that time he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance and his Master’s Degree in Choral Conducting at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Presently, he holds the position of director at Jubilate Foundation. Naomi is originally from Austria. She studied Theology and has a Bachelor's degree in Education. Naomi has great experience in working with children and teenagers, both as a teacher and mentor.
