Benni and Jacky Falk were married in 2018 and soon after sensed a clear call from God to move to Frankfurt, Germany. There, they spent the next seven years serving in various ministries. Much of their time was dedicated to university outreach, where they built relationships with students from all walks of life, and to serving among refugees, many of whom were navigating deep challenges after fleeing conflict and hardship. These experiences deeply shaped their hearts and broadened their understanding of God's global mission.
While in Frankfurt, Benni and Jacky also grew in their understanding of what it means to make disciples who make disciples. Through hands-on ministry, mentoring, and spiritual formation, God equipped them to become disciple-makers with a passion not only to reach the lost but also to empower others to step into their own calling. They invested intentionally in individuals and small communities, learning how to foster growth, multiplication, and long-term sustainability in ministry.
As they continued to seek God's guidance, Benni and Jacky began to feel a growing burden for southern Europe. After much prayer and discernment, they felt clearly led to move to Malta—one of the newer mission fields being pioneered through Greater Europe Mission’s New Nations Initiative. Before relocating, they devoted time to training and empowering new leaders in Frankfurt and intentionally transitioned their responsibilities to trusted hands.
Now in Malta, their focus is on laying the groundwork for long-term kingdom impact. A central part of their current ministry is cultural immersion: learning the Maltese language and understanding the local context, which is deeply valued by the Maltese people. They believe that meaningful relationships and effective ministry begin with genuine cultural respect and connection.
Their vision is to see a vibrant missional team established at the University of Malta—one that lives out the gospel in community and reaches out to students with authenticity and love. In addition, Benni and Jacky are involved in catalyzing evangelism and discipleship initiatives, partnering with local churches, and developing a strategic field plan for future missionaries who will join the work in Malta.
They are excited to be part of what God is doing in this unique corner of Europe and are trusting Him to build something lasting through relationships, discipleship, and faithful presence.
