UPG Outreach in Austria

This project seeks to utilize internet technologies and social media for discipleship multiplication among the largest unreached people group (UPG) living in Austria, and more broadly perhaps within the German-speaking world. This project was born out of at least two challenges to the further realization of GEM's vision and mission among this UPG. The first of the two challenges is the relative lack of dissemination of Gospel content contextualized to the linguistic and multi-cultural experience of this immigrant population living in the diaspora of Europe. The second of the two challenges is the difficulty obtaining in discovering spiritually-interested persons from this UPG in whom Jesus may be at work and who are open to influencing their communities with the Gospel. In order both to disseminate Gospel content and discover spiritually-interested persons, a website called nedenisa.at (translation: whyjesus.at) has be started to affect the movement of the Gospel desired.
