Our Story
For more than 18 years, Gene and Inga have served throughout Europe: living among Russian-speaking communities in Eastern Europe, serving remotely from the UK, and ministering in Northern Sweden at a mountain station and Bible school.
These years on the field gave them a deep understanding of Europe’s spiritual landscape and a lasting burden to help identify, equip, send, and sustain the next generation of missionaries serving across the continent.

Where We Work
Though now based in North America, Gene and Inga continue to serve Europe every day by helping identify, equip, send, and sustain missionaries across the continent.
Gene helps identify and equip people called to missions by connecting them with opportunities to serve across Europe through digital tools, storytelling, and mobilization efforts.
Inga helps missionaries navigate onboarding, transitions, and practical support so they can remain focused on ministry.
Their combined ministry strengthens missionaries at every stage, from recruitment, to deployment, to ongoing support, helping more workers share the hope of Christ across Europe.
