Where I Work
In between Scotland’s Edinburgh and Glasgow is the city of Falkirk. Known for its massive statues of the mythical Kelpies and the impressive Falkirk Wheel, this city of over 158,000 people has roughly only 4.8% Evangelical Christians.
Walking down the streets, it’s easy to see that there’s a need for mature believers to share the Gospel, be in the community, and be a witness to those around them. Our team’s goal is to do this through youth outreach groups in schools and by partnering with local believers to plant a church—specifically in a neighbourhood with no pre-existing churches.
My role will involve partnering with local Scottish ministries to help expand their outreaches—which include Bible studies in High Schools—serving and discipling the teens in the community. I will also be working with the church plant team, helping with the children and youth programs, and especially establishing a disability ministry for all ages in the church and community, as this is a major need within Scottish churches.
This ministry is not possible without people like YOU!
Any ministry first needs to be brought to God through prayer. Would you consider supporting this ministry and I through prayer?
To serve full-time, I also need financial provision. With minimal funds available from the government to support this ministry, I am fundraising and partnering with people like you to do this work. You, as a support partner, are the driving force of this ministry! Would you please prayerfully consider joining me in this ministry financially?
