Our Story
Gabi and Elliott have served in Poland for six years, and with GEM since 2024. Gabi, a Pole, came to faith in Jesus over ten years ago at an evangelistic English Camp in her hometown of Tarnów and began a long journey of volunteering with Polish organization called Fala. Elliott, an American, moved to Poland in 2019 to make disciples among Polish youth and equip youth leaders in the local church. They met at an international ministry conference in the Czech Republic, got married in 2021, and welcomed their first child - Luka - to the family in 2024.
Long having both served with youth and youth leaders, God introduced Gabi and Elliott to a Polish organization called Chrześcijańska Służba Muzyczna (CSM) - a ministry called to equip worship leaders and musicians to be disciple-makers in the local church in Poland. CSM accomplishes this mission by running a monthly worship school, by developing training resources for local churches, and by writing Polish-language worship music to build up the local church. With a deep passion for music and the arts, and a love for building up Christ's bride and equipping the saints for the ministry, Gabi and Elliott joined GEM in Fall 2024 to serve full-time in ministry with CSM.
Our desperate prayer is to see God transform Poland through believing musicians, and through Poland, to transform Europe and the world.
Where We Work
Gabi and Elliott serve in Poland - one of the least-reached countries on the least-reached continent of Europe with an evangelical population of 0.3%. Elliott serves as CSM's Spiritual Formation Director by equipping worship leaders and musicians with Bible training, minstry training, spiritual disciplines, and small discipleship groups. Gabi supports CSM staff logistically and administratively to help them effectively accomplish the ministry’s goals. It takes a special person with special patience to wrangle a bunch of artists together into one cohesive unit, and God has blessed Gabi abundantly in preparation for this role.
