My Story
I have a passion for building relationship with others, sharing my faith and the truth of the Gospel through hospitality and food. I grew up with a family who lived out their faith in many different cross-cultural settings, and as a teenager I dedicated my life to the call of Jesus to go to the nations. God gave me a heart for Europe with less than 3% of people that have a personal relationship with Jesus.
Where I Work
My team runs a small non-profit Cafe and Food Truck along the Camino Frances trail of the Camino de Santiago, a 500-mile path where Pilgrims come from around the world to walk each year. There is a unique opportunity to build relationships with those on this spiritual pilgrimage who are often searching for hope, peace, and purpose in their lives. We provide for their physical needs with food, drinks, ice packs, and saltwater food baths, but also spiritual "food" with Bible reading and prayer. We also are actively in relationship with locals through English conversational group, art classes, and game nights.
