My Story

God's love captivated and transformed me as an angsty teenager through the hospitality and discipleship of a youth group outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then, the Lord has been cultivating a passion for spiritual formation and prayer within me that's completely changed my life. It's been a dream of mine to cultivate monastic-like (prayer saturated, creative, missional) communities of radically transformed apprentices of Jesus to be at the centre of cities like London, proclaiming the Gospel in both the extraordinary and mundane, seeing culture renewed to be a reflection of God's Kingdom. This dream and passion changes everything for me, from how I make a cup of coffee (as a semi-retired professional barista) to how I interact in my relationships both in and outside the Church. Practicing spiritual disciplines, living empowered by God's Holy Spirit, and having joyful expectation for God to fulfill His promises spoken in Scripture drives both my life and my ministry across Europe.

Where I Work

I live in East London and have the honour of a lifetime to be a part of a young, creative, and vibrant community in Shoreditch, part of the SAINT network of churches. I serve this beautiful community through preaching, leading leaders, and as a spiritual director to help our community grow deeper in love with Jesus. I also serve GEM as the Director of Prayer Life to build a culture of deeper prayerfulness and abiding with Christ across our organisation. I whole-heartedly and expecatnatly believe that as we turn our faces towards Christ in prayer, He is able to do more than we could ever ask or imagine in our discipleship across Europe by the power of His Spirit at work within and through us.

London and Europe has seen revival in the past and it's my prayer to see Him do it again. Echoing the prophet Habakkuk, "Lord, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, Lord. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy." (Habakkuk 3:2)
