My Story
I was blessed to grow up in a Christian family and came to know the Lord at a young age. Throughout my college years, I grew in my faith, and God taught me that my gifts and passions can be used well in cross-cultural missions. Since being in Rome, he has opened doors for friendships and spiritual conversations, through each gift and passion he has given me, from sports to creativity to food.
Where I Work
Rome is unique in that its history is so saturated with Christianity, and yet it is only 1.5% Christian. Between church hurt, the growth of other religions through globalization, or a passing off of religion as a mere cultural identity, ministry can feel like a daunting hill to climb, but the Lord is at work here! I believe Jesus is the answer, that he is true and enough for our salvation.
Because of this belief, we host Bible studies in Italian and English and develop relationships throughout the city with both Italians and people from all around the world and invite them to get to know Jesus for themselves. Our prayer is to make disciples who will make disciples and strengthen the love and unity of the body of Christ.
