Our Story
The Hastings come from the Midwest and met in Bible college, where God put a call on their lives to serve Him in Europe. With backgrounds in mental healthcare and the performing arts, these unique areas of interest and skill are combined with a longing to see people come to know and follow Jesus. They seek to provide spaces for people to share their stories and experience healing and authentic community.
Where We Work
Berlin is one of the most diverse and influential cities in all of Europe - politically, economically, and culturally. And yet, the percentage of people who follow Jesus hovers just above 1% in a city of 3.8 million. East Germany, as a whole, is considered to be one of the least religious places in the world, making this one of the most strategic, yet unreached, regions. The scars of past wars and division are still evident in this city, full of people who need to know the hope and peace of Jesus.
