Adam Gascho returned to GEM in September of 2023 as GEM's first Director of New Fields. While Greater Europe Mission has a strong missionary presence throughout Europe, there are many countries where we are not currently engaged. The New Fields team is tasked with launching GEM's work in these places. Currently, work is being established in Albania, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.

Growing up as a GEM missionary kid in Austria and Germany, Adam also served with his wife, Bethel, in Germany with GEM for 16 years (disciple making, church planting,..), raising their 3 now adult children there. Adam also served as Director of Mobilization for GEM and for the past 6 years has been in the pastorate in the U.S. This variety of experience coupled with a deep passion for multiplication and launching new work has Adam in his sweet spot.
