Evangelism on Campus in Frankfurt
Over half of the residents in Frankfurt are foreign-born. Seeing the opportunity to reach the world by reaching the young people in the city, Jacky Falk and other GEM workers began praying for God to start a movement amongst university students.
What started as a regular prayer walk around the local university campus has grown into a weekly outreach ministry. Jacky Falk, a GEM worker in Frankfurt, Germany, leads this campus ministry. With a goal of multiplying disciples, Jacky equips and encourages her team to confidently share their faith with others.
“I am there to model what it means to be a disciple and what it means to go out in obedience to what God called me to; to go out and make disciples and be fishers of men.”
The team goes out in pairs and strikes up conversations with people on campus with the hope of finding an opportunity to share the gospel. As the campus is filled with both local students and students from other countries, they pray their ministry has international reach and that the multiplication of disciples will spread far beyond Frankfurt.
Why Europe?
Europe is Unreached
Did you know Europe contains less than 3% of committed followers of Jesus Christ? Europe is actually one of the least reached place in the world.
Europe is Ready
The economic, political, and immigration turmoil across Europe has opened incredible opportunities for people to know the truth and peace of Jesus Christ.
Europe is Critical
Europe historically has been the influential epicenter for learning, philosophy, art, architecture and religion for more than 2000 years. Now, with the ongoing refugee crisis, reaching Europe is critically strategic for world revival more than ever before.
For more than 70 years, Greater Europe Mission has resourced and sent missionaries all across Europe, all with the prayers and financial support of friends like you. Please give a much needed gift of any amount to help resource and send more missionaries so they can share the Gospel with more people in need of the hope of Jesus.
