GEM Teams Short-term Team Leader

GEM Teams is a unique ministry within Greater Europe Mission that seeks to help ministries and churches increase their impact. We mobilize, facilitate, and lead short-term teams throughout Europe to expand God’s Kingdom and impact those who send and those who serve.

This role will draw on your leadership, administrative, discipleship, and planning skills. This position is primarily responsible for the recruiting, planning, training, leading, logistics, spiritual development, and administrative work related to leading short-term mission teams throughout Europe. You will also have an opportunity to engage in ministry in your local community here in southern Germany. It is a mix of office work, travel, and indoor/outdoor hands-on work.
