CityReach Strategy Leader

Are you the kind of person who can see the future that God wants to bring to an entire city? With that vision in mind, could you design and implement a plan to see that vision become a reality? If so, you may be one of the unique people that God has gifted to be a CityReach Strategy Leader.

Your task is to develop a comprehensive strategy and lead a team to initiate and nurture disciple-making movements among the various population segments of a city. Here are a few things that we know about CityReach Strategy Leaders:

• They are passionate followers of Jesus
• They are gifted leaders, and people are naturally drawn to join them in seeing the vision accomplished
• They are goal and outcome-oriented
• They celebrate God in all that they see accomplished
• They are people of character and humility who seek to serve God in their city
• They are passionate about the Great Commission and seeing disciples who make disciples multiply within their city
• They are humble enough to know that great visions like this are impossible without God, but with Him all things are possible

This list might almost make the Apostle Paul nervous, yet we believe that God is calling people with these passions and characteristics into the European mission field.
