Serving Ukrainian Refugees Practically

Serving Ukrainian Refugees Practically

While refugees are fleeing danger, many aspects of everyday life continue. Children still need schooling, families still need to keep in contact, and adults still need to work to provide for their families whenever possible. In May, GEM workers traveled to Romania with eDOT to assist in helping Ukrainian refugees by providing them access to Wi-Fi. The ability to stay connected to the internet in this specific location was purposed to allow adults access to their loved ones and careers while also providing the children with access to education through online schooling.

The quest of eDOT (electronic Discipleship Outreach Training) is to provide technological solutions across Europe and engage young people through the means of technology.
