GEM UK Short-Term Teams Coordinator

Short-term teams are lot of work, but they often have big payoffs as we reach out to our communities and invite people to join us long-term. We’re looking for someone who will help resource our missionaries with plans, promotions and logistical advice.

Details:

–Help missionaries and partners on the field to develop short-term team service opportunities and communicate those opportunities to the field leader and GEM’s short-term team mobilisers.
–Work with GEM Teams to ensure compliance of all short-term teams serving in the UK.
–Communicate details of all short-term teams to the field leader and GEM-UK office prior to arrival.
–Work with communications team to promote short-term team opportunities.
–Cast vision for longer-term service to short-term team workers.
–Work with training coordinator to ensure that relevant training is carried out.
–Follow up with short-term teams after their service and implement needed changes to ensure improvement of short-term team program.
