Our Story

Everyone has their own story, and we desire to share our story and offer the same hope we found in Jesus to others who have never heard or understood the gospel. For us, our story began in Minnesota, and we moved to France in 2019 with our four children: Benjamin, Jennifer, Charles, and Margaux. We have been married since 2006, and after 8 years of helping with a church plant in our hometown, we are excited to serve the people of France and start a church planting movement in the Paris area. Jay is using what he learned as the Director of Facilities Management at a Christian university to oversee our church’s logistics and invest in our church members to help them grow into their potential as Christian leaders equipped to be true disciples who make disciples. Beth has a passion for French people and hospitality and does all the behind the scenes work to put together outreach events, church services, and provide an enjoyable and transformative environment for our ministry, often out of our own home. At the same time, our kids are in public school and building friendships that give us great opportunities to share the love of Christ with our neighbors.

Where We Work

Our vision is to create opportunities for French nationals and immigrants in the Paris area to hear the gospel and experience truth, hope, freedom, and healing. By fostering intentional Christian community, we seek to advance His kingdom and see His glory spread across France, throughout Europe, and around the world. France is an incredible country with a rich history that is hungry for the gospel. Although only 5% of the country practices their faith and 80% of the country has never read or owned a Bible, the French people long to have genuine spiritual experiences, and are open to learning about God and having someone pray for them.
