My Story
I am a Southern California native and the third of four daughters to two ordained pastors. I recently graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a dual degree in Theater Arts and Humanities. During my senior year I participated in a class on St. Teresa of Avila where we wrote our final theses and published our individual essays in a book through our university. It was through the research and conversations of this class that God called me to ministry which has culminated in me preparing to serve in Dundee, Scotland. I have always had a deep passion for theater as I believe the arts are a primary way for us to reveal Divine Truths to the world and acquired many skills in the way of acting, designing, and technical work to support me in this endeavor.
Where I Work
I will be working in Dundee, Scotland which is just an hour northeast of Edinburgh--a city known for it's historic and artistic contribution. The city center of Dundee is largely metropolitan in comparison to the rural communities that surround it. During my time, I will be working with Jerry and Elizabeth Averill, permanent missionaries in this region who are skilled at uniting theater with Scripture.
