Dr. Rob Bugh

Dr. Rob Bugh served as Senior Pastor of Wheaton Bible Church for 27 years. Since 2004 he has served on the GEM board. Following the death of his first wife, Rob married Dr. Rhonda Williams, a pediatrician who previously lost her husband to cancer. Rob has been actively involved in Family Life Ministry’s Stepfamily ministry, and wrote a book, When the Bottom Drops Out, about God’s grace in the face of life-altering tragedy. Rob and Rhonda’s crazy stepfamily includes seven young adults, all married, and 14 grandchildren.

Mike Taylor

Mike Taylor serves as the VP of Mobilization for GEM and as the Executive Director of UK-USA Ministries. He and his wife, Kookie, have four children and an adorable granddaughter. Mike and Kookie were founding members of UK-USA and launched to Stockton-on-Tees in the United Kingdom in 2011. Mike comes to GEM with 30 years of pastoral experience and wide engagement in churches across America. His passion is to see God raise up a new generation of missionaries to Europe.

I was encouraged to attend the Forum in Dallas last year & I’m so glad I did. Not only did I hear the vision that GEM has to reach Europe for Christ and how our Church can be part of that, but I got connected with several like-minded Mission Pastors from across the country. I was impressed also with how GEM packed so much into this 24-hour Event!

Ethan Collins Mission Pastor Scottsdale Bible

Mission Pastor, Scottsdale Bible

When I attend the GEM missions pastor forum, I am educated, informed, challenged, encouraged, spiritually moved through the GEM staff, other missions pastors and the spirit. I’m always blessed to be a part.

Keith Davis

Mission Pastor, First Baptist Owasso

I commend GEM's Mission Pastor's Forum as a wonderful gathering of like-minded leaders who are praying & laboring to mobilize Bible saturated missionaries to share the gospel in your local communities and to the ends of the earth.
