| L'Arcada camp floods when it rains as the water cascades from the mountain and hurts all the installations. We need to divert the rainwater before it reaches the main camp site, so all the installations are protected, and the camp does not flood. Since it will require a considerable amount of funding, we need faith like Caleb's when he saw the promise land flowing with milk and honey, and not the giants (Nu. 13:30). |
