The guiding principle behind this project is a ministry of multiplication (2 Timothy 2:2). This project is to train European leader developers who will train others. This project will help off-set the costs of a certificate training during September 10th-12th, 2019 with scholarships for Europeans and start-up seminar costs. The goal is to raise $3,000.00.

Background: After attending a seminar on the Lead-Develop-Care model of leadership, a small group of key leaders in Austria asked be certified to train others. Participants in this project include people who oversee leadership training in their denomination as well as people who lead at a local church level. This is a strategic opportunity.

Ultimately, we want to see the gospel spread through individuals who lead, develop and care for the peoples of Austria.
