Our Story

Jonah and Elise grew up in Utah, meeting in High School where they began dating. Shortly after High School they became pregnant with their son, Liam, and then got married. God used many people to pour into the lives of this young family to strengthen their relationship with Christ, their kids, and each other. After Jonah finished his undergrad and their daughter, Jaeleigh, was born, this family of four moved to Belfast, Northern Ireland for Jonah's master's degree. It was here, while finding themselves naturally falling into the role of sharing Christ with their neighbors, that Jonah and Elise felt called to full time ministry in Northern Ireland.

Where We Work

The island of Ireland lies just west of the island which is home to Scotland, England, and Wales. The English took over Ireland in the 12th Century and maintained control until the Irish War of Independence in 1921. Now, England only controls the northern part of Ireland called 'Northern Ireland.' Northern Ireland's recent history has been volatile, with a 3 decade era of civil unrest known as 'The Troubles' occurring between 1968 and 1998. Although the political unrest was settled, the cultural unrest has persisted into the present. This island, with its geographical beauty and loving people, is a wonderful place to be and it brings us joy to help those who are held under cultural division find unity in Christ.
