Molly and I have been involved with GEM for more than 20 years serving in a variety of areas. We are currently stationed in Germany where I am leading GEM's efforts to recruit and mobilize missionaries from all countries other than America and Canada. This project has led to deep involvement in our UK Project, which is being led by our first international missionary and is being done in partnership with a host of UK churches and ministries. In addition to my "job," we are personally engaging the culture where we live with the aim of multiplying disciples in our church, personal, and work relationships.
