Ciao everyone! We are Crystal and Matteo Scamporlino! As a professionally trained music therapist from Atlanta and Matteo (an Italian born and raised in Rome) who has been a musician for more than 13 years, we plan to use the gift of music as a way to cultivate an Italian worship culture. Our hope is to create a space for believers to worship freely, the Italian way, and to initiate a deeper knowledge of the gospel through that music. We are passionate about church planting, Matteo in preaching, and seeing disciples making disciples. Our prayer is in everything that we do; that people are being trained, developed, and sent sharing the Gospel wherever they go! We also minister to refugees and immigrants in our city in order to shine the hope and light of Jesus into each of their lives. We can’t wait to see how God continues to use our passions for music, discipleship, and creativity in reaching the next generation of Italians and all those living in Rome.
