Our Story
Our story together began at Wheaton College where we both had a desire to follow Gods leading into overseas missions. We served for 16 years as disciple makers and church planters in Germany, where we also raised our 3 now adult children. Multiplying disciples and growing Christ's Church is what we've committed our lives to, whether sharing the Gospel with our "neighbor", helping people find their place in Global Missions or coming alongside of the Church in hard to reach and needy places.
Where We Work
We currently split our time between Chicagoland and Europe. Bethel serves as Director of Program and Processing for U.S. Mobilization, leading among other things Ten2 Project (summer program for 18-25 year-olds), Ten2 Legacy (service opportunity for retirees and other seasoned workers) and Short Term Service (up to 12 months). Adam serves on the Europe Leadership Team (ELT) as the Regional Director for New Countries, spearheading the launching of GEM's work in places where we currently do not have a ministry presence. We both train, equip, coach and disciple men and women on both sides of the ocean.
