Serving on loan to Entrust's Women-to-Women Ministry Training
I do not remember a time when I wasn't trusting in Christ's death on the cross as the means by which my sins were forgiven. However, I was a late comer to full-time Christian work and didn't get involved until I was 41 after a successful 14 year career with Procter & Gamble. After being on staff at the church where I grew up, for eight years, I began working with Eastern Europe Bible Mission, where I was immediately put on loan to Biblical Education by Extension International (BEEI).BEEI, at the time was a cooperative mission effort involving over a dozen mission organizations to train Christians behind the Iron Curtain. After the changes in Eastern Europe I began working for Greater Europe Mission (GEM) still on loan to BEEI, who eventually transition into its own mission agency and later re-branded as Entrust.
Where I Work
I have been in the position of Project Coordinator for Entrust's Women-to-Women Ministry Training since 2009. In addition to my administrative responsibilities I serve as a facilitator, worldwide, in their training, as I have done with BEEI/Entrust since the early 90's.
The training has included both nationals and missionary women from a number of different countries and agencies, including my own mission, GEM, where they have used the training successfully in France, Germany, Portugal, Italy and Latvia.
