Our Story
Jon & Rachael are from Omaha, Nebraska. They met at Grace University where God put a call on both of their lives to pursue missions in Germany. Rachael's background is in the arts and musical theatre, and she hopes to be able to use this to serve children and their families in Berlin. Jon's background is in counseling, and he hopes to be able to use this to help refugees and Germans alike to grow in their walk with Christ.
Where I Work
Jon and Rachael are seeking to serve God in Berlin, Germany. Berlin is one of the most influential cities in all of Europe - politically, economically, and culturally. And yet, the population of people there who claim to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ hovers just above 1% in a city of 3.6 million. East Germany, as a whole, is considered to be one of the least religious places in the world, making this one of the most strategic, yet unreached, regions. The scars of past wars and division are still evident in this city, full of people who need to know the hope available to them, through the love of God.
