GEM is looking for radically committed Christ-followers who want to give their lives away for Him among the peoples of Europe. We encourage leaders to serve amidst the suffering that permeates a fallen world, exhibiting Christ’s compassion from a heart that is broken for the lost.

A leader is an ambassador of hope to those with whom he or she works and serves. We encourage leaders to be people of prayer who believe that nothing is impossible with God. We seek authentic leaders who are willing to live out the message of Christ before they tell people about it. We seek people who want to go into places where success can come only from God.

We encourage leaders to model unity, humility, productivity, and joy. We want leaders who seek to empower others, valuing all their team members. Leaders who love justice and mercy, kindness and hospitality.
