Greater Europe Mission believes that to be true follower of Christ, we must all be both leaders and followers, visionaries and servants. While organizationally, our International Board, Canadian Board, and Leadership Team make many strategic decisions, we strive to allow individual missionaries and field teams to make as many decisions as possible. By flattening the decision-making process, we seek to empower the front-line missionaries to adapt the overall strategies of making disciples and rapidly reproducing churches to their given context.
