Through GEM, marketplace people are impacting Europeans in and through the marketplace. Their goals are to model Christ in the marketplace, lead people to Christ and disciple them, and facilitate rapid church planting for Kingdom expansion.

There are three avenues for fulfilling your marketplace calling through GEM:

1. By working for an existing corporation (international or local) in a target country.
2. By starting your own business in a target country.
3. By living in North America and providing mentoring, coaching, support structures, business platforms, short-term trips, etc. that empower marketplace impact on the field.
